Maggie Coutreau - Optimum Health Workshop

Maggie Cotreau is a senior consultant with VDG Global, bringing her experience as a trainer and motivational speaker, specializing in health, education and philanthropic initiatives.

As a leader and educator, she has led medical and business groups through change; using individual and group change implementation plans, team-building and goals for sustaining long-term relationships. She has worked in proud association with organizations including Vail Valley Medical Center, Concentra, Colorado Chiropractic Association, Colorado Joint Replacement Medical Group, as well as law firms and retail boutiques in the Denver Area .

In addition to being a facilitator, trainer and coach, she has a thriving consulting practice with a focus on marketing, PR and building enduring customer relationships

She has a BS, Ed from Wheelock College ( USA) and studies towards MSM from Regis University (USA). She lives in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, USA.
