This day begins with Cathy Hawk and understanding the "secret weapon" for your business that is energy: how to create it, maintain a staff full of it and use it to attract new business you want! Next sales tactics...........that really work. Yes Merit Gest brings us the understanding of Emotional Intelligence and how to create a sales culture.that sticks with your team and brings home the sales you desire.
Lunch is fun and relaxing as Diane Conway visits us from San Francisco to lead us to fearlessly laugh our way to prosperity. Then back to the action as Pam Gordon teaches us how to modify our messages as we take them to the marketplace. The day ends with a "Ask Us Anything" speaker panel.

Cathy Hawk
Cathy Hawk is Founding Director of Clarity International, a boutique coaching firm that teaches skills for how to see, sense and use energy as a primary life and work strategy.
As a veteran energy coach, Cathy developed an innovative interview and action process called the Lights-On Learning Method. Profound shifts in physiology and energy occur, allowing her clients to see themselves with such clarity that they are rapidly connected to their purpose and quickly go into the intentional actions necessary to lead their own extraordinary lives.
Since 1994, Cathy, along with Clarity trained coaches, has inspired thousands of people from all walks of life to find and answer their callings. Drawing upon entrepreneurial expertise gathered from almost 30 years of visioning and team building in her professional practice, she has also coached visionary entrepreneurs and business owners to create enlightened business practices and results through a personalized coaching journey.

Pam Gordon is a recognized expert in the area of adult learning. She has over 30 years experience as a teacher, school principal, adult learning consultant, university lecturer, and professional speaker. Pam is Past President of The Colorado Speakers Association, voted its member of the year, and was honored with the Sabah and Friendman awards for excellence in professional speaking. She teaches graduate school at The University of Denver, and also coaches other professional speakers, corporate executives and trainers on accelerated adult learning techniques. Most recently, Pam founded a national organization called "Teacherality" whose mission is to help classroom teachers protect their passion to teach.
