Camp Expands to Conference Center

The Copper Conference Center is at the Copper Mountain Resort, the host venue for CampExperience.  Copper's unique setting, high in the heart of the Colorado Rockies, is the perfect place for education and inspiration while enjoying luxury accommodations at your choice of  Center Village condos. 2008 Copper Mountain Center Village Lodging Rates 

Camp is a great place to share a room with your girlfriends.  Here are the 2008 Center Village rates:

Silver Hotel Room          $101 per night; bedding varies 

Silver Telemark Studio  $105 per night; bedding varies

Silver One Bedroom      $123 per night; one queen bed

                                            and a queen sofa sleeper  

Silver Two Bedroom      $144 per night; two queen beds

                                            and a queen sofa sleeper 

Gold Deluxe Studio       $120 per night; bedding varies

Gold Hotel Room           $112 per night; bedding varies

Gold One Bedroom       $130 per night: one queen bed

                                         and a queen sofa sleeper

Gold Two Bedroom       $168 per night; two queen beds

                                          and a queen sofa sleeper

Gold Three Bedroom  $369 per night; three queen

                                          beds  and a queen sofa sleeper

Taxes Surcharges

5.775% tax and 7.5% surcharge will be added to the cost of your room and is subject to change.  Complimentary parking is available for Copper Mountain Resort lodging guests.

Copper Mountain Individual Lodging Deposit Policy for Call-in Reservations

A 15% lodging amount will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 14 days prior to arrival.

Room Cancellation Policy

If canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%. If canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

Pre/Post Event Special Group Rates

Copper Mountain Resort will extend rooms (on space availability) at the discounted group rates to attendees up to three days before or after our September 17-19, 2008 event.

No Shows

Rooms which have been reserved and whose attendees fail to show on their scheduled day of arrival will be billed to the entity guaranteeing the reservation for the total lodging amount for the contracted time.

Early Departures

A fee of 100% of the remaining room nights lodging amount will be charged if an attendee checks out before their confirmed departure date.  This may be waived for emergency situations but must be authorized by Copper Mountain Resort.
