Camp Registration Fees: 

First-time Camper $945 package

for Avid Golfers and Beginners

Thursday, September 27   9 am – 12:30 pm

By popular demand golf is back with this new addition….actual play!  CampExperience will host a “just for fun” 9-hole golf scramble at Copper Creek Golf Club at Copper Mountain Resort.  Play will include a mini-clinic and lessons on the course by our golf team and pros.  The participation is limited to 36 players on a first-paid-first-served basis.  Greens fees (includes cart) $35.  Please pay for your spot with your Camp registration.

Registration fees do not include housing at Copper Mountain Resort.

For 2007 lodging call Copper Mountain Resort on their toll-free conference line at 866.837.2996.   To receive our special group rates, mention CampExperience and group number 3G2381.  The call-in room block with the special Camp room block will be dropped on August 12, 2007. Rooms will be booked based on space availability after this time.

Copper Mountain Lodging Rates 

Camp is a great place to share a room with your girlfriends.  Here are our very special discounted rates:

Silver Hotel Room           $99 per night; bedding varies 

Silver Telemark Studio   $103 per night; bedding varies

Silver One Bedroom       $121 per night; one queen bed

                                            and a queen sofa sleeper  

Silver Two Bedroom       $145 per night; two queen beds

                                           and a queen sofa sleeper 

Gold One Bedroom         $128 one queen bed and a

                                           queen sofa sleeper

Gold Two Bedroom         $166 two queen beds and a

                                           queen sofa sleeper

Taxes Surcharges

5.65% tax and 6.0% surcharge will be added to the cost of your room and is subject to change.  Complimentary parking is available for Copper Mountain Resort lodging guests.

Copper Mountain Individual Lodging Deposit Policy for Call-in Reservations

A 15% lodging amount will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 14 days prior to arrival.

Room Cancellation Policy

If canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%. If canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

Pre/Post Event Special Group Rates

Copper Mountain Resort will extend rooms (on space availability) at the discounted group rates to attendees up to three days before or after our September 26-28, 2007 event.

No Shows

Rooms which have been reserved and whose attendees fail to show on their scheduled day of arrival will be billed to the entity guaranteeing the reservation for the total lodging amount for the contracted time.

Early Departures

A fee of 100% of the remaining room nights lodging amount will be charged if an attendee checks out before their confirmed departure date.  This may be waived for emergency situations but must be authorized by Copper Mountain Resort. 

CampExperience Workbook and Journal

Each guest will get our Camp workbook and journal full of inspirational and motivational tips from our instructors and participants.  Campers will be invited to write up a tip, “ah ha” or technique to share with her peers, and we will publish these personal stories.  The workbook will also showcase sponsors, our Partner Charities and our Marketing Partner women’s organizations and will have a calendar of events and activities.
