Jacket and Purse Exchange to Benefit PIH A Big Hit!
Hosted at the Gay and Lesbian Fund for Colorado, Partners in Housing's first Jacket/Purse Exchange drew more than 25 guests and raised over $600 to support homeless families with children.
Thanks to all the Campers and PIH friends who ventured out in the less than favorable weather to support the event. Everyone there had a wonderful time and went home with great jackets and/or purses that were new to them! Special thanks Savoir Fare Catering, Xpress Printing, JC Penney, Bella Studio, Silpada, and Colorado Springs boutiques, Terra Verde, Out of the Box, Idoru and Kirk and Hill for supporting the event! Thanks also to Betsy, Tammy, Mary, Elizabeth, Jody and Deborah for making the trip down from Denver! And great job Alison and Sherri from PIH! PIH plans to hold another exchange this Fall.
