Welcome to the Inside Scoop for Campers only!  We wanted to give you the details of Camp so you can be ready for your most amazing experiences.

Travel Planning:  Registration Opens at 10 am on

Wednesday, September 26th

Plan to arrive at the Copper Station in the East Village of Copper Mt. Resort at 10 am on Wednesday, September 26th to get the first choice of your Coors Amazing Adventure and your Optional Personal Services.   Start at Registration in the lower lobby, then schedule your Adventures and appointments.

All scheduling (except for the Golf Scramble) is done on site on a first-come-first-served basis.  One Coors Amazing Adventure is FREE for every Camper. 

Adventures are held Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning only. 

Spots are still open for Thursday morning Golf Scramble; $35 fee for cart and 9 holes; Call Betsy at 720-200-0271

Adventures include:

Introduction to Golf Clinic: Beginners introduction to basic golf rules and techniques

Introduction to Fly Fishing:  Beginners will learn to cast and tie; more advanced will have some skill coaching as time permits

Meditation Near the Mountain:  Short walk and meditation instruction

Psyche Hike™: Longer hike with journaling and personal discovery

Equine Assisted Learning: Take a van to Keystone Stables for interaction and personal insights with horses; no horse back riding

Copper East Village Housing:  Call for Help Finding Rooms

Be sure you have your housing at Copper Mt. Resort.  For reservations call toll-free conference line at 866.837.2996. 

Copper Mountain Lodging Check-in

Copper Mountain Resort is located 75 miles (121 kilometers) west of Denver and 20 miles (32 kilometers) east of Vail off Interstate 70 at exit 195. From the exit, go south to Copper Road (signal) and turn Right. Drive to the second stop sign, Ten Mile Circle, and turn right into Copper Mountain Lodging Check-in.

 

You will then drive back to the East Village to Copper Station for all Camp activities.  Most rooms are in the East Village but some may be in the Center Village.  If you are in the Center Village, there is a complementary Copper Shuttle that will bring you over to activities.  Please plan extra time to arrive for your activities if you are in the Center Village talking the shuttle.  Shuttles will run to 11:30 pm Wednesday night and Midnight Thursday night.

 

You can check into your room before Noon and get your key and the front desk will activate the key when your room is ready.  Rooms include parking in or near your building.  Check out Friday is in the morning so please plan to check out before the lunch.  General parking is also available in the East Village.  For maps or more info please visit www.CopperColorado.com.

Bring three donated items to sell in the Compass Bank Bow-tique.

            We love your gently-used or new gift items, jackets, coats,

            purses, décor, books, candles and any cool stuff.

            Bring them to registration and check them in on the second floor

            of Copper Station.

Bring money for your Optional Personal Services ($30 donation each)

            and for shopping in the Compass Bank Bow-tique and CAbi

            Suite.  We have amazing Silpada Jewelry, NEW items from the

            Outlets of Colorado, fly fishing attire and equipment from Char

            Bloom, books and CDs from our speakers………..and cool

            STUFF donated by all of us!  Camp takes MasterCard, Visa,

            Discover, American Express, cash and checks!

Remember Colorado Weather!!  Dress in layers and bring hats, gloves

            and coats for our bon fire and for outdoor Adventures.  

            Activities go rain, snow or shine! 

Scramble golfers need your golf clubs.  Bring a Yoga mat for Pilates

            and Yoga if you have one. 

Dress code is CASUAL!  Comfortable shoes a must!!
